I have spent the last month visiting family and it was a wonderful time away. However coming back to my regular life becomes somewhat challenging, starting with the jet lag. For the last couple of days, I only had 4 or 5 hours' sleep at night, which made me feel dizzy pretty much during most of the day. I guess I would have to spend next week with lots of coffee...What are your tips of dealing with jet lag?
